add search parameter to ticket search

Is it possible to add a search criteria (customer field) to the ticket search?

yes, either a la carte (click (+)) or for everyone via sysconfig.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Can i also add fields that are not in the (+) click card?
And which sysconfig part do i need?

Depends on what field you want.

It's possible you may not have success searching for article fields.

Find Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###DynamicField to add Dynamic Fields to Search in SysConfig

Can i also add non dynamic fields? and how do i do that?
