My Job is the IT-Support of our Employees and for every Problem or Case I have to solve I Open a OTRS Tickt for my Notes.
Now there is my Problem.. on a Normal Day I have up to 20 tabs open with several Tickets and all I see is the Tickets Number on the Tabs.
So when I am looking for a case I always have to klick through all the tabs till I found the right one.. thats littlebit annoying
.This is where i come to my Question:
Is there a kind of Setting or something which allows me to change the getMethod of the Webtitle?
