I have installed an OTRS appliance onto a Windows server 2008 R2 using Hyper V. The install seems to have worked perfectly and I can connect to the OTRS web page locally and over the internet. I cannot get the system to successfully fetch any emails via POP or IMAP. I have used all of the various options with no success. I use Office 365 and know the credentials required.
Please could someone explain to me the following error as I am now getting very frustrated with this.
Error Message: IMAPS: Can't connect to outlook.office365.com

Re: Unable to fetch emails
Yes. Can't connect means can't connect. No path to the host:port combination.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
