Hello everyone
When I'm creating a ticket using mailbox connected to one of the queues, type of this kind of ticket is "Unclassyfied". I'd like to have it as "Incydent" type. I hasn't found any options in SysConfig to do it, there was only option to change default state of email tickets.
I'm using OTRS 3.3.8
Could you guys help me with this?
