Post by SunU »

Hi! I'm a ORTS newbie and have'nt found an explanation anywhere on how the "Pending date" works when adding a new ticket. Anyone who can give an easy explanation?

Hello and welcome :)

The pending date is for the two states "pending auto close + and pending auto close -". When the pending date is reached, the pending auto close + ticket will close into state "closed successful" while the other one will close into the state "closed unsuccessful".

Before that can work though, you need to configure a calendar for the queue and activate the pending-cronjob.

Hope that helps you and best regards,
Rolf
