OTRS 3.1.10 Escalation Suspend

Dear team,

Good morning.

I've been using OTRS 3.1.10 Free vesion on Windows for managing tickets , I want to know shall I purchase and install Add-on " Escalation Suspend " separately.

Pl confirm whether to possible install and configure an add-on in Free OTRS 3.1.10 software and start using paid feature.

you have to upgrade to 3.3. first
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Pl find attached which i installed and configured with ticket state "pending for vendor" but it is not working.

Kindly confirm.

I don't have valid service contract with OTRS , Kindly confirm any other way out ?

znuny.com is the vendor of the EscalationSuspend addon. If you've found a bug, you should contact them. No need for an OTRS service contract...
