Hi!

The OTRS sends notify email to customer at new ticket? Where can I set (on/off) this function?

AutoReply attached to queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Into the Queues Settings => Queues, you can make the change like in this attached picture

Nano's picture is the system address, if you want to change the auto-reply use:
Admin -> "auto-responses <-> Queues" ; select the queue and select in the dropdown which (or none) reply you want to use:
disable_new_ticket_reply.PNG
