Hey guys.
Is it possible to define default value for Type field during creation of new phone/e-mail ticket. I haven't found option like this in SysConfig Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewPhoneNew. I also tried to create a new ACL when I define possible type but empty field is still available and set by default.
Maybe some of you have got some idea?

I mean Type field right here. Is is possible to define default value for it? It is iritating when every time I have to choose Incident type when 95% od created tickets are Incidents.
