I was wondering if there was any kind of tutorial / how-to for customizing an Agent Dashboard.
I can't find it on the big mad interwebs, so I'm gonna try it here... Can anyone help me show me something how to customize the dashboard.
What I'm trying to acomplisch is very simple.
I want to see all my queue's ordered at my dashboard.
I see them now, but all my new tickets are seprately from the open tickets.
I want them seperated on name of queue.
Example:
NOW:

New Tickets:
Ticket 1 - Queue Red - Customer LightRed - 4 minutes old
Ticket 2 - Queue Blue - Customer DarkBlue - 9 minutes old

Open Tickets:
Ticket 3 - Queue Red - Customer DarkRed - 5 minutes old
TIcket 4 - Queue Blue - Customer LightBlue - 20 minutes old

WHAT I WANT:

Queue Blue:
Ticket 4 - OPEN - Customer DarkBlue - 20 minutes old
