Narrow which Users an Agent can see

Hi.

We're looking into letting one of our customers use our OTRS instance to create and manage internal tickets in their company.

I've managed to narrow it down to him beeing able to see tickets only in their queue. My challenge now is that, when creating a new ticket, they're able to view all Users in our OTRS.

Is it possible to set any rights on an Agent regarding which Users that Agent is able to see when creating tickets?

not without otrs add-on module or other development. (Not in core, anyway).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

If you have any questions about the second add on, you can contact me at otrs@perl-services.de . This addon work only when you use OTRS DB as the customer backend (even though I plan to add the support for LDAP in January). I can setup a demo system for you.
