Phone Call Inbound

hi,

when another agent that is not owner of the ticket create a "Phone Call Inbound" on a ticket, then the article is marked with the name of the owner of the ticket, not the actually agent.

any ideas?

right. The creator of the ticket is kept for forensic/diagnostic purposes.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

does that make sense? to be able to write call inbound note in some other name?

I may have misunderstood your question. I think I still do.

Who is the author of the Phone Inbound ticket according to your screenshot? The one who enters the submission or the owner of the ticket?
