Hi,
I have an email notification when a ticket is closed.
The body of the email which is sent to the customer contains the article's body (<OTRS_AGENT_Body>).
The only problem is that the email gets converted to text. So, if an agent adds something like a table to the article, the table, is "cutted" out and I get something like this:
Routes Quantity
this is route #1 280.086
this is a route with extensive #2 22.762
this is another route #3 289.848
How can I fix this?

don't send automatic mails to customers on close

It's a company requirement since are all internal customers.

send them an email answer via reply. (yes it can do HTML)
