We use otrs 3.3.8 in our company. Actually we are in the early stages of change management deployment and it surprise me that I can't find a way to relate Customer Company and Change.
We use OTRS for multiple company and with regular tickets more than less we found the way to do it, but is there any way to introduce change management with multiple customers?
