We receive a lot of requests from other departments within our company where the "customer" is most likely an "agent" too. Can I create an existing agent as a customer too? I would be using the same email address in both instances. Is this something OTRS can handle?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
