Hi,
I have created one dynamic filed called 'PendingTime' which has configured in AgentTicketPhone and AgentTicketSearch.
I put default value '0' for PendingTime whenever i created ticket in OTRS. But, I have updated some value directly in value_text column in dynamic_field_value table in OTRS database. But, i could not get my updated value whenever i export as CSV format. Still i am getting default value 0.
Can you please advice me how to fix it?
