I am retrieving ticket info using the GI, but the articles come back only in plain text and I need all the original HTML. In our implementation (v3.2.9) the HTML is stored on disk. I thought this might be an attachment, but when I specify "<Attachments>1</Attachments>" I still get no attachment HTML.
How do I retrieve the HTML for articles in a ticket using the GI? Would upgrading OTRS help? Is there a setting in SysConfig?

It seems that there is no possibility to access the html body either as an attachment, or as some sort of body_html attribute.
