Admin bar is gone.

One day just disappeared Admin button from main view. What happened ? To go to admin I need to type in in address bar. How can I turn it on again.

go through module registration and admin bar registrations in sysconfig and check the entries

This will be tough when he does not have the Admin link

Try to access it manually by changing the action link in your URL to:

Action=Admin

Track the logs while you access that page. You might need to add your user to the admin group via script.
