The link should end with customer.pl - without the Action parameter.

What is the problem if you say you cannot login? What's in the logs?

The error comes is The web page has a redirect loop.

OTRS log:
~otrs/var/log/otrs*.log

Apache-Log:
/var/log/apache(2)/error.log

The error says you have a redirect loop. I encountered this problem when we had two active pre-application modules that redirected the page (AgentInfo and PasswordPolicy).

But I highly doubt that's the case for the customer frontend. Did you customize your installation?

Windows is not supported well, if at all.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
