Hey, new to OTRS.
Problem: We want to set that agent (our client) can create and edit new customers (for his company use), but can not view or edit other customers (which are not in his domain). Basically we want that this agent can edit/create/view ONLY users which are set in custom customer group.
[I'm confused, because if you want to give agent rights to create users etc., you need to give him permissions to 'users' group, which contains all customers. Can I create new group like 'users', but that group can only contains users that are in custom customer group? And how exactly can i do that?]

So there is no way where specific agent can only edit specific group of customers.
Example: If we have department for production and that guy should only be able to edit customers in group production, but couldn't be able view or edit customers which are in group development.
Just checking that we are on the same page.
