Create tickets only with customer portal

Hi to all,
in these days I'vw started using OTRS and all works fine but I have a question.
I enabled the customer portal and I need to enable user/customers to open ticket only using this portal and not with email.
The problem is that after ticket creation user/customers need to answers by email and/or customers portal.
Is this possibile? I haven't still find a solution.

1) Default PostmasterQueue Junk with AutoReply "Sorry, don't submit via email"
2) Generic Agent delete from Junk every 10 minutes
3) Default queue for Customer Web "Main" or whatever.
4) all followups via email won't move queues unless X-OTRS-Followup-Queue is set via your PostMaster Filter.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
