still struggling with my first OTRS::ITSM installation.
I cannot choose Service, SLA nor Impact for tickets, only Priority.
I do have Services, SLAs and Impacts, but the dropdown field in the tickets form is empty.
How come?
It seems like that they are functions of Type and Queue; I guess that because when I change those last two in the ticket I see Service and SLA dropdown refreshing

Can someone please help me?
