Possible to hide agenticketphone button?

Hello,

Is it possible to hide the agentticketphone button for certain users? I know how to disable it but it still has to be visible for some users.

Change the group for that action in the SysConfig. And add all users that are allowed to see that action to the group (or better use roles).

I made a group but still everyone sees the button in the top.

Hi All.

I am new to otrs.

I need to access restriction to certain queue based on agents..

like few agents should not be allowed to view specific queue.

Can anyone help me in this?

You can assign the agent to a group and the group to a queue.
You can even do the same with customer, if you activate CustomerGroupSupport.
