In the System Config under "Framework -> Frontend :: Admin :: ModuleRegistration" in the section "Frontend :: Module ### AdminCustomerUser" does not record the modifications made in the fields of "Group" or "Group ro" and does not allow reset the settings "Frontend :: Module ### AdminCustomerUser".
We are working with OTRS version 3.3.9.

Check Config.pm if entries exist for this module and delete it. Also you should upgrade to the latest patchlevel of OTRS 3.3 (which is 3.3.15) or to a supported version, like OTRS 5
