can you please help a new guy here? I just installed otrs 5 free (loving it!!!) but while testing email, I've used my own email address
and OTRS fetch happily sucked all my emails from Inbox and created 500+ tickets on the OTRS server.
My Outlook Inbox is empty now (no problem with that, I have a backup), but how to delete 500+ emails from OTRS Raw queue?
