Hi guys
I've installed FAQ module successfully but I can't figure out how to have a "FAQ" button on the menu ribbon
(besides Dashboard, Customer, Tickets...etc)
Any hint please?

The user needs the permission to view the action. They might need to logout and login again...

RESOLVED - forgot to assign faq_admin group to Agent!
