[SOLVED] How to add a CC to the auto reply autoresponse

One customer of ours would like to receive all auto reply emails from all of their employees tickets in a mailbox, is this possible in OTRS? (I've looked around but cannot seem to find it) Thanks in advance!

I'm running OTRS 5.0.6

I am not sure if i understood your wish correctly, but my solution is the following:

In Ticket Notification Management chose necessary events, don't forget to chose ticket Filter for particular customer, and then insert email address into "Additional recipient email addresses:"
