Error importing CIs

Hi,

When i am importing a lot of CIs (+300.000) i have someone that couldnt import and this is the error:

ERROR: OTRS-ImportExport-02 Perl: 5.10.0 OS: linux Time: Wed May 4 17:33:36 2016

Message: Need ImportDataRow!

and when i am importing +50.000 it is very slow and importing 1 CI per 4 seconds, why?
