I'm sorry if there is an other post with question.
I would add the data/time when the sla reach in the csv/xls search...
Do you know the name of the field to add in the Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchCSVData ?
I tried to "resolutiontime" and "escalationtime" but the first one doesn't print anythings and the second print a value not amenable.
Do you know a quick method to find the various name of the field that i can add?
