GenericAgent Excluding parameters

Hi all,
I would like to use the GenericAgent to mark specific mails.
To do it, I would like to know how I can exclude parameters in the selection parameters, example :
Marking is done on mail coming from others domains except the ones coming from *@my-company-name.com.
How should I write it in the parameters?

This sounds like a job for a PostMaster Filter. What are you trying to achieve ?

Thanks for your answer.
We receive inquiries from internal and external customers.
We would like to add SLA on external customers.
External is wide, but internal is coming only from a few names of domains.
