Hi there,
I've been doing some testing with a non-live OTRS system we have in our environment and I seem to have managed to break the email collection process.
I was trying to introduce a Regular Expression to search for a specific text string, but it was apparently incorrectly formatted. I have since removed the expression, rebooted the server etc and verified that it is no-longer displayed in the list, but, the Apache log still indicates that OTRS is failing on the old RegEx which I removed.
Could anyone tell me if I'm doing something wrong or if I might have to go into the back end DB to remove the errant filter?
Thanks a lot,
Scravid.

Re: Possible Bug around Email Filters?
Sorry, I should add, I'm running the Test system on version 3.2.9.
Re: Possible Bug around Email Filters?
OTRS 3.2. is not supported any more. Latest 3.2. patchlevel was: 3.2.18
Actuall OTRS version is OTRS5 (5.0.10) you should upgrade.
