Goodmorning OTRS fans,
I have almost succesfully migrated a windows 3.3 version to a 5.0 Suse version.
The only thing is the escalation module has gone nuts. I came in this morning and we had 374 Escalation messages!.
I know 5.0 has a new Ticket Notifcation system and i think i am overlooking settings.
All settings are in place as they where with 3.3.
What i would like is to stop escalations after one notification has been sent and not keep repeating the escalation.

Upon running Maint::Ticket::EscalationCheck i have an error on "Valid_id does not have a default value"
