Hi,
Working on OTRS, Suddenly We got an error- "Session invalid. Please log in again."
After that we never able to login, each time same error message is showing.
For which reasons this error is showing?
And what should we do now to solve this problem?
Please help us anybody.

What's in your logfile? Without knowing any advice will be just guessing.

I suppose you are using VPN connections while working inside OTRS?
