Auto reply incorrect tags information

Hello, recently i setup OTRS 5. I do some settings with autoreply, but something goes wrong. Autoreply template looks like this:
Hello, <OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME>,
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_From>
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_To>
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_DATA_UserFirstname>
<OTRS_CURRENT_UserFirstname>,
your ticket registerd.
Ticket number <OTRS_TICKET_TicketNumber>.

<OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL>
(this for testing purpose). Customer see this:

Hello, recipient,
recipient_name recipient_email
sender sender_email
- (empty)
Admin,
your ticket registerd.
Ticket number 2016090957000046.

- (empty)

Agent notifications work fine.

SUBJECT field in autoreply correct.

Please, help. I need somebody who can explain whats wrong with this.
