Hi,
we have just updated from 3.x to 5.x.
I turned off uninteresting stuff in dashboard and set all columns identically (ticket id, title, customer name, owner, age).
In nearly every dashboard module I have a different column width (e.g. new tickts, escalated tickets, pending reminder tickets). Same columns in the modules but different column behavior.
What's wrong? Any hint would be appreciated.
(for better unterstanding I attached a cut out of my dashboard. yellow part should be directly under each other in my opinion)

This depends on the length of the contents... If the titles of the tickets in the dashboard widgets are very short, the column for the ticket number is large. The width is calculated dynamically.

For my colleagues and me the agent dashboard view is disturbing. With this dynamic fields every new ticket in one of the lists changes the width. My eyes always scrawling for the title.
My only workaround so far is positioning the title at first.
