Hi All! I need that some users from specific group cat't see "close" button. Please help me, how can i do it for specific group not for queue. Thank!

Thank for quick reply root! But i saw this example in manual, there is example how to restrict access to QUEUE but not for group
. In the Sysconfig ->Ticket -> Core::TicketACL -> ACLKeysLevel2::Properties i did't see "Group" key.
