Notifications

Do not seem to work at all. I am on 5.0.15 and I was on 5.0.4 but still there was the problem as well. Anyone can help me about this?

Well I found out that if I use a different email account to send a notification, that the notification email is being sent, but not at all times. It is under investigation. Where I could possibly see in my otrs system the log for mails that comes to my system and going out of my system to see what happens?

check the log. Some Webmailer add headers which supress auto replies
