Hi,
I would like to ask how can customer see other tickets from his company. I thought that customer can see these tickets in the "Company tickets" menu but there are not all of tickets from company. Is there any settings or restriction? Does someone has idea what can be wrong?

Does the customer belong to a customer company (meaning, does he have a proper customerID) ?
Are there other tickets opened for that customer company that he could and should see?

Great - there was wrong CustomerID.
Tickets were created when customer user didn't have account - in Customer ID was his email adress...
