Trying to create a ticket using Process Management. Struggling to find a resolution, not sure where I am going wrong with the documentation/video tutorials.
I want to generate a new ticket with the same variables but different Activity Dialogue.
I am attempting to transition using the result of a dropdown list. I set the process to filter items with the DynamicField_aDropDownList == Value1 (The Type is Transition Validation Module).
In the Transition Action. I set the Transition Actions Module to TicketCreate and filled in variables I want to replicate over, however this does not work.
Would you be able to give me an example on how to setup transitions / transition actions to generate a new ticket with the same variables?

Show us your Transition Actionm that's easier. Any entries in the OTRS log when passing the transition?

This has been resolved. This was an issue with our demo environment.
Unfortunately I do not work in on the backend so I cannot give further details.
