root@localhost permission denied

Hi i'm aquino. I installed the OTRS 6.0.28 in debian 10, mysql 8 and apache 2.

When I Log in with root@localhost the Admin tab doesn't appear and when I try IP-Server/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminUser the message shows up:

Message: No permission to use this frontend module!

MySQL 5.0 or higher (MySQL 8+ is not supported)

you have to go for other version
