Hello,
I previously upgraded OTRS from V2 to V5 and noticed that the screenshots and attachments attached to the emails are not present in the migrated tickets.
The Ticket :: StorageModule: articleStorageFS parameter is on the file server.
Do you have any ideas for this problem please?

can be many things. Wrong restore, wrong migration, missing permissions.
You have to look in your logs.
