SOLVED: migrate database from otrs 6.0.29 to znuny 6.5.6

Hi all.
I want to test the migration from otrs 6.0.29 to znuny 6.5.6.
I noticed some difference in database, mainly (I think) the introducion of table permission_groups.

In general, when I install a new version, the initial installer (if I select an existing db) updates also the database ?
Or, there are scripts to update the database from a version to another?

you have to upgrade from one major version to another : 6.0 > 6.1 > 6.2 > 6.3 > 6.4 > 6.5
the procedure in the doc includes a step were the database is upgraded

Migration script (scripts/MigrateToZnuny6_x.pl) will handle all this db things.

And if course u have to do 1 by 1. as mention above

It is possible and documented. That's basically the first notice:

I don't know... It reads as if this is the description for upgrading from one Znuny version to the next. Which doesn't affect me since I started with 6.5.9 LTS. What I do want however is migrate the tickets and settings from an existing OTRS CE installation.

I mean, the doc states that it's possible and every answer in this topic states the same information — including mine, which was directed to you.

I am not sure where the presumption that migrating from OTRS 6 (Community Edition) is not possible comes from.

Znuny offers a native way to migrate from OTRS 6 or Znuny 6.0.x LTS to Znuny 6.1.x. In this case, update also means migrate. Is the wording the issue?
