Hi,
This is Znuny integration into Bitbucket. And as long as you can send a webhook from Bitbucket on this event, you are able to create a ticket out of this.

Re: Integrate znuny-6.5.22 with BitBucket, Confluence
HI
I have configured the Bitbucket Data Center repository to integrate with Znuny 6.5.22. When I push code into the repository, I can see the webhook information arriving in the nginx logs on the Znuny server. However, despite selecting all payload options in Bitbucket for the repository webhook, no ticket is created in Znuny for testing purposes.
In Bitbucket, Webhook is https://znuny.test.cloud/nph-genericint ... API/Ticket
While click on Test connect in webhook and log is appear in nginx access.log as
127.0.0.6 - turlapati.gopala [08/Jul/2026:07:04:46 +0000] "POST /nph-genericinterface.pl/Webservice/Ticket%20REST%20API/Ticket HTTP/1.1" 301 169 "-" "Atlassian HttpClient 5.0.5 / Bitbucket-10.2.2 (10002002) / Default"
127.0.0.6 - turlapati.gopala [08/Jul/2026:07:04:46 +0000] "POST /otrs/index.pl HTTP/1.1" 200 12824 "-" "Atlassian HttpClient 5.0.5 / Bitbucket-10.2.2 (10002002) / Default"
