I have 4 queues each assigned an e-mail address. I download e-mail using POP3 and each queue populates with each e-mail address.
I am now trying to set Priority of incoming e-mails using PostMaster Filters.
I set up one filter with parameters below and now I can't get any e-mail in my queues. I can tell that POP3 is connecting and downloading the e-mail but can't find e-mail in OTRS. Any help is appreciated.
Filtername: High Priority
Stop after match: Yes
Match: Header 1: Subject Value: PriorityHigh
Set: Header 1: X-OTRS-Priority Value: 4
This seems like a simple rule yet it's not working.
Thanks,
Paul
