Hello,
I try to find a way to change the subject of the emails that the system sends...
now the subject looks like this:
[ticket#xxxxxxxx] test
I would like to change it to
[xxxxxxxxx] test
when an agent replyes to a customer.
Also I have tried to find a step by step backup/resotre and upgrade document for windows installations but I can't find anythig in the PDF manual or the online one
At the moment I'm ussing OTRS 2.4.7 for windows on a win2k3 server
Kind regards
Theodore

Re: How to change the subject fo the emails
Hi theodore,
Not sure if you are looking for this.
I believe you can explore the Admin panel -> Sysconfig -> Config Options: Ticket -> Core::Ticket
Ticket::Hook:
The identifier for a ticket, e.g. Ticket#, Call#, MyTicket#. The default is Ticket#.
Ticket::HookDivider:
The divider between TicketHook and ticket number. E.g ': '.
