Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there is at all a way to change the customer login interface ( the Logo and Company name) via the otrs gui rather then having to go to the customerheader.dtl and customerfooter.dtl file on the server itself to alter them. Is there a section in the Admin:Sysconfig:Framework:???? area at all that would allow me to do this?
Using OTRS 2.4 on debian lenny

I was able to change the Company Name. However, when I copied a logo in "img" specific folder and specify it in Customer Logo of Framework -> Frontend::Customer
settings, the logo was not reflected. Do we need to restart Apache for this to be reflected?
