multiple ldap backends

My company is in the process of a merger. We have 2 different domains at the moment and users (customers and agents) on both domains. I've got otrs authenticating from LDAP on both domains, however when I go into customer search, I can only see customers from 1 domain. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know what information you need and I'll provide it. Thanks!
