Cannot Display Ticket

Cannot Display Ticket
We have three (3) tickets in our system that will no longer display. If you select their hyperlink, the browser just goes into "wait mode". What adds peculiarity to the issue is they are all owned by the same individual, who - by the way - can open up all the rest of his tickets. It's got me baffled.

I had the same problem
here it was due to LARGE attachements

Large number of articles - they were attaching an article everytime an Escalation notice was sent out.
