Package Manager-Unable to get additional packages

Hello,

I have specified the path as "http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/packages/otrs.xml" by creating additional entry in Package::RepositoryRoot. I have also updated the path in Package::RepositoryList of Framework -> Core::Package. However, when I go to PackageManager, I don't get the additional packages like TimeAccounting and others to download and install. Am I mising something here?

I am trying this on OTRS 3.02 and Windows 7/MySQL.

They aren't available (yet) for 3.0.x. Also, you may want to take a look at upgrading to the latest version for bug fixes.

Thanks, Crythias. When I check it in the ftp directory, I see a good bunch of packages. Does OTRS Package Manager check the packages compatibility before listing them as installable?

yup. it checks your current otrs version against the packages available in the server.
