Hi All,
Is there any way to change the default ticket type from '-' to 'Incident'? I know this can be selected from the drop down, but I want it to default to Incident for our users.
Environment: Debian 'Lenny', OTRS 3.04, ITSM 3b

No, not via config. This would require some development

You can either change PossibleNone => 0 where you need it for ticket type in the appropriate Modules/Agent(or Customer)Ticketsomething.pm or render the html and... http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=7085#p28101
