Hi,
I'm new in OTRS so forgive me if i say something stupid.
I need to configure OTRS to be able to manage several companies and clients. I can create companies, clients but I can't assign a client to a company.
First question, is-it possible to assign a client to a company ?
Second question, is there a way to display tickets that only belong to a specified company ?

*Customers* can choose to display tickets that belong to a company (if they have the same CustomerID), but in general, "Agents" don't have per-company unless they use a search on CustomerID.
